How to Contribute
All contributions must be original and not previously published or currently under review elsewhere.They must be in IEEE RAS standard format for conferences.
Accepted papers will be included in the proceedings and published in IEEE xplore. For inclusion in the proceedings, at least one author will need to register for the conference.

Submission Categories
We welcome submissions in the following categories:Paper Submissions:
6 pages including references, with the possibility to purchase up to 2 extra pagesShort/Position Paper Submissions:
4 pages including references, with the possibility to purchase 1 extra pageWorkshop/Tutorial/Competition Proposal Submissions:
Max 6 pages including references, describing the proposed workshop/tutorial/competition, its objectives, format, and relevance to the conference themes.Late Breaking Report Submissions:
Extended abstracts in IEEE RAS standard format for conferences. Submissions must be in PDF format and should not exceed two pages, excluding references. The accepted abstracts will be showcased as a poster presentation.They will not be included in the proceedings.
